CAST’s Campus Recruiting Program is designed to identify high achievers who have recently completed undergraduate and/or graduate degree programs and are ready for the challenge of deploying analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative client solutions. Recent graduates are hired at the Associate Consultant or Consultant level and are required to complete CAST’s onsite training program.

Candidate Qualifications

Successful candidates who have recently completed undergraduate and graduate programs typically possess:

  • An interest in contributing immediately
  • Diligence and a strong work ethic
  • An eagerness to learn, ask questions, and be challenged
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Solid management and leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel

Application Process

Each fall, CAST recruits undergraduate and graduate students from several universities to join our firm. Recruiting begins with a review of the candidate’s resume, cover letter and transcript. These will typically be submitted via the candidate’s school on-campus recruiting program (e.g., MonsterTrak, Symplicity, etc.). If CAST does not actively recruit at your school, please send your resume, cover letter and transcript to our Recruiting Coordinator at

If, after an initial review of your application package, we feel you possess the qualities we seek, we will contact you to initiate the interview process.
